Ingredients
6-8 Roma Tomatoes
1-2 jalapeno peppers (depending on your taste)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice, fresh-squeezed
2 Tablespoons lime juice, fresh-squeezed
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped finely
1 large clove of garlic, diced finely
1/4 of a medium spanish onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 red pepper, diced finely
Directions
Using a blender on low chop the tomatoes, peppers, cilantro into large chunks. Add remaining ingredients and blend about 1/2 minute longer on low speed. You can add more salt if you like. You may wish to drain off some of the liquid if you like a thicker salsa.
