Ingredients
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 x 2-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
1 head of broccoli, washed and chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
Directions
Heat the oil gently, then add the ginger and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes before adding the garlic. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately as a side dish.
